This week, classical pianist Hunter Noack performed at Mt. Pisgah Arboretum, a favorite hiking spot. His music – labeled “Classical Music in the Wild” – was phenomenal! You can find details at this website.

Noack flawlessly played music from favorite, well-known composers, including Franz Liszt, Sergei Rachmaninoff, and Frédéric Chopin. He provided interesting commentary about each piece performed. I was fascinated with the concept and enjoyed every minute of the uplifting experience! I didn’t take many photos but have included some beautiful ones found online. It was truly a memorable afternoon!
Since returning from my last extended trip, it’s been a quiet, contemplative summer, spending time gardening and getting caught up with maintenance. Another trip is planned for 2027 – when and where to be determined. More later…
