We’re fortunate to have many yoga and Pilates studios and talented instructors in Eugene. It’s great therapy for a travel-weary body, and there are so many benefits to deep breathing, stretching, and keeping flexible.
My favorite studio is Just Breathe and I recommend it to anyone in the area. In addition to Pilates and many variations of yoga they offer Tai Chi and Nia. The classes are for every level of student and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing.
